I was recently asked to do a special 90s VS. EDM mix for the CKO kickboxing gym by an instructor of theirs. I had a lot of fun with this mix and I hope you 90s kids love the throwbacks and the bangers mixed with it. Start right as class begins and at the 5 min mark you’ll have high energy.  Then then music calms down at 28 mins (little after) for your transition before it starts to build again.  Kick off second half a class at 31:30 and you’ll have a great 30 sec finisher to end the class.
