Viktor Marina - Destination House EP [Plano B Records]

Bosnian born, Dublin based DJ and radio host Viktor Marina has been involved in electronic music since 2001, and a DJ since 2004. From being a music journalist through newspapers and radio, DJing to running a couple of club nights as a promotor.
In 2015 Vik moved to Dublin, Ireland where have hosted a radio show called Groovology Session on Ireland’s no1 electronic music Radio station PHEVER Irl for 2 years. During that time his Groovology Podcasts Series (GPS), which was part of the show, have hosted guest podcasts and interviews from artists such as David Penn, Kora, Brian Cid, Just Emma, Robert Babicz, Igor Marijuan, Mathus Raman, Niki Sadeki and so on.
Inspired with music platforms such as Deep House Amsterdam and Deep House London, in September 2017, together with his friend Kamil Ratajczak aka Fizzy Waters, have launched Deep House Dublin platform to showcase local Irish and international artists in their now famous Monday Facebook Live Stream. In only 6 months, DHD has grown into a respectable collective in Dublin with more and more gigs and residencies in some of the most prestigious clubs and venues in Dublin supporting the likes of Sandrino, Denis Horvat, Toto Chiavetta, Petar Dundov and many more.
His music styles varies from Deep Melodic, Italo to Nudisco.

Welcome to the 5th episode of the Confined Spaces Radio Show. My guests in this new episode are Hungarian/Bosnian producer duo All Eyes On You. You can hear their mix in the last hour of the show. For the first part, I’ve selected 12 tracks and this episode is kind of special for me. The reason for that is that I can finally officially announce my 2nd EP that is gonna be released on March 31st on Plano B Records. The 3 tracks EP is called Destination House, with 2 original tracks and 1 superb remix by my friend Joone. We’re kicking off todays show with the track called Destination and closing the first part of the show with the second track from my upcoming EP, the track called Nights Of Our Lives. Enjoy.

All Eyes On You: 
At the heart of every good story lies a captivating beginning. Hungarian & Bosnian electronic producer duo All Eyes On You debuted in 2020 with “Pango EP” on alluring UK label Paradiso Records, topping Beatport charts with support from artists like Glowal, Perel, Marc DePulse , SouveQ and many more. They opened 2021 with a release on Weirdos Records called ‘Never Before’. With a sound reminiscent of the 80s, they mix darker disco elements with italo, and melodic touches.

As a Producer, Ste has released on Balkan Connection, Newcastle’s IN2U Records and Rennie Foster’s imprint in Canada. 

His music has made him a regular across Ireland’s clubs and festivals and has even brought him to Berlin twice to perform in the main room of Kater Blau. He has shared stages with artists such as Guy J, Lee Burridge, Nick Warren and more.

Welcome to the 10th episode of the Confined Spaces Radio Show. For tonight I have a super special guest for the last hour of the show. I was chasing this guy for quite some time and finally he’s accepted my invitation to be my guest tonight, Secret Fusion boss SouveQ from Hungary. I really don’t remember how we’ve decided to play what you’re gonna hear in this episode and I cant wait to see your reactions. I think it all started when Lazlo asked me what shall he play and I said, as a joke, soulful, funky, disco, house and he said he will if I will play it as well so here it is.

SouveQ is a well-established DJ and producer who has a lot of projects under his belt. He was influenced by a wide range of musical genres from soul-funk to hip hop to New York’s underground house, which can be persistently heard in his production. From 2019 he’s the label manager of Secret Fusion Recordings. He represents a new generation of Hungarian electronic music producers alongside their compatriots Secret Factory and many more.

Welcome to the 15th episode of my Confined Spaces radio show. This is my first show in 2022 and I have a small surprise for you. Instead of playing alone for the first hour of the show, like I always do, I’ve invited my good friend Fizzy Waters to join me for a good old b2b in the first hour. Fizzy Waters is one half of Deep House Dublin and I am the second one. This lockdown got us a bit estranged and I really don’t remember the last time we recorded b2b. Before this Covid madness we’ve had so many great events and residencies here in Dublin and I am so glad to have him here in this episode. 
My guest for the last hour of the show is Italian Raffaele Marchitelli. A DJ and producer from Italy. His music is inspired by the sounds of the mountains, where he was born and raised. In his musical productions you can hear metallic and acute experimental sounds.
His love for nature leads him to search for continuous emotions and sensations to transmit. This led Marchitelli to work with various projects and artists who helped him discover his essence. When I asked him about his releases he said that the last and also the most important release for him was his last EP called Freeing on Borders Of Light which is owned by the Italian master of dark sounds, Toto Chiavetta. It is a great pleasure to have one of the Croatian clubbing legends, Felver, joining me from 11PM (BST) and I'll be kicking off at 10PM (BST). Felver is on the scene for more than 15 years and, I dare to say that, he definitely was one of the few DJs who helped shape the Croatian capital and Croatian clubbing scene in general. Alongside #Innervisions @dixon_ , Felver is a founder of the Croatian legendary anual @stereotip.stereotip party. His dark but at the same time warm selection makes every crowd fall in love with him.

For the last 10 or so years he has lived on Waiheke Island, New Zealand. He's performing regularly at a wide range of events and festivals around the country but also internationally.

Behind the stage, Eichenbaum mixes had appearances in international radio shows focused on Progressive House such as Metrodance, Frisky Radio, Wildwood Podcast Series and tonight he is with us on the Bloop London Radio.

Welcome to the 27th episode of the Confined Spaces Radio Show. This is a very special episode so I decided to change the usual concept of the show. When I invited our tonight's guest to record a mix for us I didn't expect that we're gonna get a proper treat. I was so excited for this show and it is a great honour to have him with us tonight, ladies and gents, Ibiza Sonica Radio boss Igor Marijuan is my guest tonight. I was expecting to receive the usual one hour mix but Igor sent the live set he played in Nido Ibiza at Las Dalias on February 23rd and since I loved the entire set, I decided to play it entirely in the show and cut out my part completely.

Igor Marijuan is a Co-founder and artist director of Ibiza Sonica since the beginning. Akasha Ibiza music director, Playground camp Burning Man music curator. Pareidolia promoter with events in Tulum, Shanghai, Amsterdam, Ibiza. Monad.social brand ambassador.

Igor Marijuan is easily recognized by his voice and his unique style of presenting. He has opened up the world of broadcasting and hosted countless parties, from the biggest clubs in Ibiza, festivals and events in the world such as ADE, BPM, Time Warp and Creamfields, SONAR, only to name a few. He uses a great deal of groundbreaking platforms like the radio Ibiza Sonica he founded 15 years ago or the brand new monad social, from inside the booths, at the clubs. 

With residencies at Akasha where he does the complete curation and previously at Rumors, Do not Sit, Acid Sundays, Space Ibiza, Solomun + live, Dystopia at Ushuaia among others. On the decks, he describes his sessions as a perfect balance between easy listening and smart sounds. Vicente Amadeo has been making music as Art in Motion since 2012. After a few years living in Berlin the Brazilian Producer, DJ, sound engineer and label owner of Plano B Record in now based in Lisbon - Portugal. where he is doing a masters degree in music and technology and giving life to his new productions.

His sound is mainly guided by a mix of analog synthesisers, Eurorack modular  and drum machines; a synthesis of all his creative ability as a producer. He's also in charge of the 12 years old record label, Plano B Records. Label where he just released his last 4 tracks EP Metomorfose. His actively participation on the label  give vent to his work and strengthen his and the label sound identity.

Joone (June) DJ Producer producer from North London, currently signed to Hugarian Label “Secret Fusion” as well as running his own music labels “Acrylic On Canvas” & “Furioza”. In November Acrylic On Canvas released a remix pack from German artist Kat Koan receiving support from the likes of Moscoman, Stereocalypse, PHUNKADELICA. For 2021 Joone is expected to release the Affair EP with Victor C. featuring singer 1403 including remixes from Sobek and Marcus Worgull. Joone side project Quattrovalvole have signed releases for next year on
Disco Halal, Secret Fusion and both of his own imprints Acrylic On Canvas and “Furioza”. Joone also did a remix of my upcoming track which will be released on my 2nd EP in 2021.

My today's guest is DANCElectricPHILIPE. [Guest mix: Joone, London] 

Hailing from Croatia, he is the founder of the project DANCElectric and a resident DJ in Culture Club Revelin in Dubrovnik, which is currently the 32th club in the world according to the Top 100 Clubs list by DJMag.

In 2015 he's released the ‘Bird Song EP’ on 303Lovers that had reached number 15 on Beatport top 100 techno chart. In 2016 he signed another 2 tracks, one again for 303 Lovers, the track called Reload, and another one for Sweat It Out Records, the track called ‘U Make Me Feel’.

He also performed on the famous live stream project Cercle with Hot Since 82 and made a debut set at the Resistance stage on Ultra Europe festival. DANCElectricPHILIPE shared the stage with the likes of Artbat, Fatboy Slim, Claptone, Mind Against, Eats Everything, Solardo, Mark Knight, Roger Sanchez and many more. With more than 150 gigs per year he is one of the busiest DJs in Croatia.

DANCElectricPHILIPE and myself, we go way back.... all the way to our high school days 24 or 25 years ago. We were literally in the same classroom and I am really happy to have his mix here in my show today. Ladies and gentlemen, for the next hour DANCElectricPHILIPE in the mix. Enjoy.

Also, he has released ”Out of Control EP” on Lost Crate Records. His new track Lynah is gonna be released on VA comp on Métrica Records on 12th March. Bosnian born, Dublin based DJ/producer and radio host Viktor Marina has been involved in electronic music since 2001, and a DJ since 2004. From being a music journalist through newspapers and radio, DJing to running various club nights as a promoter. As a founder and resident at Deep House Dublin has run several residencies in some of the major clubs in Dublin promoting and supporting the likes of Sandrino, Denis Horvat, Toto Chiavetta, Petar Dundov and more. In June 2020 he released his debut EP Utopia on Portuguese imprint Musica Gourmet and the new EP Destination House has landed in 2021 on Brazilian label Plano B. 
At the moment, his main focus is his CONFINED SPACES RADIO SHOW on the legendary Bloop London Radio!
