First of its kind DJ set with theatrical performance about DJ and Bartender characters who want their record shop to be known.
After many years me and my theater friends are back together, after many hiccups, twists and turns of fate. We ended up combining music that we loved and wanted to play out in some kind of performance with our inspirations from commedia dell'arte and theater street performances.
We ended up with a 1,5h long DJ set with theater without words and improvised dance.

Little over one year ago we released the album The Dream by Electronic Dream Foundation. 

The well received album The Dream was always going to have some sort of a Deluxe version, but we've done you one better with a completely new remix album including raw demo versions of Arise and Pulse. 

Austin Lee Goza, MackBack, Behind Clouds, LeVirya, Viktor Rose, Ruslan Lepatov, Damir Klaric, sar.casm and Man in a Loft gave it everything they've got to remix tracks such as Kaleidoscope, Geisha, Stardust and Arise to put together this record. The intriguing artwork was made by skilled illustrator Cameron Brooks.

This is a special song where my percussionist friend Rene recorded distorted djembe sounds and being inspired by Indie dance, French electro and slower big room tracks, I made a track where baselines are distorted djembe sounds with effects.
The origin of this idea come from time where my friend use to put Skype microphone into djembe and to his surprise the distorted signal sounded quite nice. Therefore, he called it the techno djembe.

The endless stories and places that music can take you in your mind's eyes are unlimited.
An epic moment filled with everything that you might not have ever felt before might get ignited by the next sound that we can find.
My sound tries to find balance between organic (acoustic sounds) and digital/electronic textures.
 I keep the feeling and emotion of the track at the front. Sound design is very important - it needs to reflect the attitude of the track and make prosody with everything in the track. I think if you focus on creating the energy in the track that resonates with you, your sound will emerge naturally.
Viktor Rose is a relatively new producer and DJ born in Latvia. Being raised in a musical family, in his early days he experienced strong impact of classical melodies.
Around 2003 electronic music caught his attention and when he began to hear artists like Michael Gray, David Morales, Eric Prydz and others, it became a big part of his life. While other kids where playing computer games, he liked to edit and play with sound to get it beyond recognition. In this way he slowly developed extraordinary producing skills.
Getting deeper into this music when he started DJing in 2007, Viktor went to private electronic music school. Later he becomes resident DJ in few clubs. 
In producing music Viktor Rose takes he’s inspiration from artists like Dinka, Thomas Schwartz, Umek, Marek Hemmann, Sander Van Doorn, Deadmau5, Daniel Portman, Axwell, Eric Prydz (Pryda) and others.
