Once upon a time in India a musical genius named Muthuswami Dikshitar lived who is considered to be one of the trinity of pioneers in Carnatic Music and he composed this beautiful song called Vatapi ganapatim sung in Hamsadhwani raga..Now what i did here IS NOT what he did..just a little something inspired from it and playing around the hamswadhwani scale itself..Thanks to Abhilash Bhat for giving vocals to this and being very patient throughout haha..one more thing..This was actually recorded through an iPad through Garageband..impressive piece of software..played around with its cello part in the beginning :D

Vatapi ft. Abhilash (Carnatic fusion jam)

Uploaded a new track after a long time..had some free time this weekend and used it to create something..this one is a bit of a hybrid with a bit of Electronic influence..slightly influenced by Daft punk...towards the end some kind of EDM effect comes lol..but i stuck to it because it kinda fit :D Enjoy yo! Done on Garageband with about 2-3 layers max most of the time..the only thing i didnt record is the drums which is a preset from Garageband loops.

did this cover a while back..still a rough work..added the distortion part to it will make a better one once i go back home :P..Death note remains one of my favourite animes and this is one soundtrack i love..my interpretation of it i suppose..original one is more kickass btw if u havnt heard it XD..added a delay effect to the rhythm in back and has a pretty good effect..total three guitars layered..credits to Yoshihisa Hirano and Hideki Taniuchi,for the original song

I remember playing this game a long time ago and this,to me, is one of the best games on the PSx console..just listening to the music pumps you up for the missions in the game..this is just my cover of the theme and is not exactly the same as the original in later parts..kudos to Konami for making such a classic and awesome soundtrack..Hope u ppl like it..specially the gamers :p

Chekele cover-Avial(Altered Sensorium)

First upload where i tried to equalize each layer of sound into LR(forgot the godam term for it lol) 5 layers actually Lead,Rhythm,Ambient sounds,Drums,Bass..Drums were done through Addictive drums software and everything else recorded by me.Did this one quite a while back but was too busy to edit and upload it..so here it is now that my exams are over.Enjoy and do use headphones. Feedback appreciated.

Impulse

Once upon a time Indro came for a jam and played a kickass solo to this project i was working on and a little bit of editing here and there and some layering voila this track is done...this track doesnt have the original ending though and i prefer this one over to the intial one..this is also the first track so far to have been directly recorded through my processor and it was much easier to record than the other tracks so far.Drum programming also somehow fit in and didnt really require much of an effort.

Recorded through Reaper using the BOSS ME 25 as effect processor and soundcard..Drums programmed through Addictive drums

Been on Star wars marathon recently(games included) and really really wanted to cover this one..includes The Imperial march and the Duel of Fates soundtracks along with a bit of improv. Both originally composed by John Williams(genius..seriously) Copyrights for the original go to both Lucas Arts and John..

Drums are programmed...Guitars and stuff recorded through my Iby and a BOSS ME-25..rendered through Reaper..about 3-4 layers max throughout the song..lots of improvisations :P

Star wars Tribute

The story of this one is pretty funny actually..was thinking of making a better cover to this than the one i did before so was working on a different style which i never thought much of for quite some while..then all of a sudden on a fine sunday morning at 4 am..i spend around a good 45 mins working this whole thing from scratch and recorded this in that time too lol..The gods must have been crazy :D
Credits to Yoshihisa Hirano and Hideki Taniuchi again for making the original which in my opinion is still better lol. Death note still one my all time favourites :D

Drums(Distorted beats too) : Addictive drums (The beat is fairly easy to play on a actual drum kit but i found it best suiting for this)
