Etherwood is the most recent signing to Med School and is undoubtedly one of the most promising young talents in the scene today. Originally from Lincoln and now living in London, Woody has already captured the imagination of thousands across the globe with his achingly beautiful beats and heartfelt melodies.

Fusing the upbeat energy of drum and bass with the chilled, atmospheric moods of reverb-heavy guitar and delayed piano rolls, it’s hard to believe that Etherwood only started producing drum and bass two years ago. Already he’s received support from Radio One, Capital FM, XFM, Triple J and Rinse FM and has remixed high profile artists including Lana Del Ray, Jakwob and Jess Mills.

His first solo release was on Hospital Records – “Give It Up”, which appeared on ‘Sick Music 3’ in November 2012, swiftly followed by the now iconic anthem “Spoken” which appeared on the ‘Hospitality Drum & Bass 2013 and of course, his most recent offering on Med School, “Unfolding” which opened the ‘New Blood 013’ album in March 2013.

New Energy

One of the hottest acts in Drum & Bass, Adelaide-based duo V O E are gearing up to release their first single of 2024, which also happens to be the first look at their debut album.

Known for their inimitable energy behind the decks and on the mic (and keytar), V O E’s productions are just as high octane as their performances, full of vibrant synths and mesmerizing vocals. Their latest single, “Feel Again”, shines a spotlight on Caroline’s exemplary voice with a gentle opening, luring the listener into a false sense of security before one of the most ludicrous drops to hit the scene in a long time.

As if the initial pounding bass wasn’t enough, the switch brings an entirely new energy to the game, ensuring “Feel Again” will undoubtedly be a favourite amongst DJs and punters alike.

DIP VERTIGO is back at it again with a brand new solo mix for your listnening pleasure.  This mix features Dip's classic maximum drops, bassline teases, double drops galore and his extrememly thought-out symetrical style programming, all mixed on 4 decks...that's right we said 4 decks!!!  With this mix Dip is very happy to feature the tune "MUTANT MILITIA" from good friends and the newest memebers of DIVINE ELELEMTS, Celerity & Doppler.  "KING ME" is a progressive carefully thought out journey through many different style of dnb.  The mix starts out with an amazing rmx of "HIT THE ROAD JACK" which gets your heart racin', then mellows out on you with a lil' section of liquid dancefloor tunes, including Brookes Brother's "TEAR YOU DOWN."  The mix contiunes to build up as Dip melodically transitions into some newer techy tunes straight to his favorite dancefloor style tracks, easing up a lil with some jungle tracks before really takin off again with a quick mixing jump up section that'll make you poo.  To conclude the mix Dip comes back to the techy side of things and closes this long, yet tasteful journey, with "FALLING DOWN" by Silent Extent.  We hope that you enjoy this masterpiece by the one and only DIP VERTIGO!!!

King Me

Ending off 2012 with a mix of some of my favorite tunes from throughout the year. And with all this talk that the world was gonna end I figured I might as well make a mix to go out in style. This one is for my roller crew but I put a bit of everything in there. Big ups to everyone who supported my Villains Crew and myself in 2012, looking forward to 2013, should be a big year.
