Brooklyn's Let's Play House keeps building momentum with its second release of 2012. This time, label heads Jacques Renault, Nik Mercer, and James Friedman have teamed up with a pair of artists shrouded in mystery—the Dead Rose Music Company—to put out an EP featuring four songs that confound definition... 


The Four Songs EP is a collection of tracks that aim to be cinematic in their production approach: these are epic mixes meant to stand the test of time, fueled by huge drops, warm, syrupy bass lines, and ear-tickling effects. While the four songs are technically edits, Dead Rose have left their inimitable fingerprints all over them. Each tune has the air and ambiance of a groove you got into at a party, but can't remember fully the morning after; they're visceral and almost dreamy, like the jumbled recollections of last night's disco fading in and out of strobe-lit smoke on the dancefloor.

After his mindblowing EP on Hot Creations, HNQO presents his debut on OFF: "As I See" is all about a rock-solid groove topped by catchy vocals. 
 
Detroit Swindle created a deep journey, to show their "Standards Of Dialogue". You will surely fall in love with those old school chords and the saxophone, like we did. 
 
Hector Couto and S.K.A.M deliver a trippy slice of electronic deephouse.

Finally, Javi Bora, Le Vinyl and Melohman offer a monotonous dark groover with one of the sleaziest vocal loops you will hear in this year.

For years Robosonic have been building a reputation as DJs for murdering dancefloors worldwide – not only playing what they really feel, but also performing their own multidimensional electronic music. Together with the Adana Twins from Hamburg they made a hot new EP on 2DIY4.

The first track is made up of melodic disco and funk inspired tunes and easy basslines which immediately bring you to the vibe of summer. The lovely Vocal adds further feelings of recklessness and freedom which will immediately get you to dance.
The second track „Barracuda“ takes a darker approach with it’s dirty bassline, still combining disco infected vocals and elements in style. It is like turning back time right into the disco- dancefloor of the 70’s!
