PROX001  -  XTRAH  -  HEADZ UP

Xtrah introduces us with some pristine brass elements and yet more crispy clean percussion. What is perceived to be his 'sound' is nicely gelled together with some bouncy rhythmical drum patterns.  The sub is introduced early to the listener this time round but make no mistake as on the drop expect the low end frequencies of the sub to swiftly move and modulate with what can only be described as a hurricane of gritty synth sequences and one shot edits.  A disturbing, though some what subliminal vocal stating some of humanities darker traits rounds this track off.

Once tuned into the self entitled track 'Proximity' brace yourself for a truly chilling journey into sound.  With its dynamical content and flow, along with crisp and clear percussion, thumping drums, haunting minimal vibe and warm moving sub, this track will surly get you in the mood for what's to come.

Xtrah takes us through a mystical sequence of atmospherical pads and voxs to build this track up to what later mutates into a swirl of twisted bass accompanied with tight breaks and all round darkness.

Simplicity seems to be the trick here until hard hitting beats and crashing rides progress this track into an onslaught of crunched up leads topped off a warm, thick sounding sub.  An array of programmed keys are decently made use out of for the hook which will without doubt set you off on a quest throughout the dancefloor continuum.  The overall vibe of 'Bodyparts' will inevitably give you the sense and feeling that someone out there could really be after your insides!  Watch out, it could be the person dancing next to you!   


PROX002  -  NC-17 & KC  -  BODYPARTS

Stumbling upon '80 Blocks' and immediately our attention is grabbed by way of marching drums, jazzy hits and techy stabs. All of which are nicely rolled in together with some tightly produced breaks & shakes.  A rather intimidating vox on the drop briefly puts an end to the above and we are treated to a devastating combination of gritty synths, hits, edits and bouncy basslines that will throw your body in all sorts of directions!  

PROX002  -  NC-17  -  80 BLOCKS

After introductory proceedings have taken place the track creates an essence of nostalgia casting our minds way back, to the day when dance music was new, exciting and fresh.  Everything that this track is!  The highly intelligent programming and accompanying bass sequences have been created with pure precision and class, making this track an absolute roller of a tune, which is guaranteed to make you cut shapes all over the place!  Some truly smooth percussion is in motion on the off beats which pave the way for a much anticipated bridge, after which, fully rotates back to the hook and leads up to a remarkable half time break down only to be expected to jump right back into the thick of it!   And boy, does it!


PROX002  -  NC-17 & NUSENSE & TIM VIPER  -  THE KILLING

Terrifying passages of sampled dialogue generates a magnificent eerie vibe as well as an intergalactic touch, which really sets the mood for this final faze of the ep.  Keeping things tight on the drop, we dive straight in at the deep end to uncover subliminal basslines along with various other twists & turns throughout the sound spectrum and the result is sure to cause utter damage on dancefloors worldwide!                 


PROX002  -  NC-17 & LOCUSS  -  FREDDYS DEAD

'Dancefloor Dub' is a fabulous example of how far Dubstep can be pushed in terms of production and on this smasher of a tune the production is second to none.  High passed sythns are gradually opened up to a mysterious sea of sound, sparking the fuse to what is to then build up to a distinctive vocal being automated in, capturing the listeners ears just seconds into the track.  Low cut drum patterns hold everything nicely together until a change on the drop is met by a shift of sound into a short 8 bar break down of moving sine waves.  We are then swept into a vortex of saws, re arranged vocal regions and stomping drum hits filled with sharp moving bass that leads the way to a truly spine tingling hook and key change. 

PROX003  -  FRANKEE  -  DANCEFLOOR DUB

 A fresh 16 bar combination of soundscapes and samples kick starts this track, along with hard cutting lfo frequencies creeping in to make way for some astonishing FM synthesist  sequences on the drop.

PROX003  -  FRANKEE  -  PAINLESS

Frankee does not hold back on the goods hear and keeps things up to standard on the third track. Introducing 'Raindrops', you could be mistaken for listening to a hard style dance track in an Ibiza super club however, never judge a book by its cover!  With its thumping four to the floor beats and electro house vibe this phenomenal track will amaze even the hardest to please of electronic music fans.  Euphoric vocals take the track higher and higher and will certainly get your heart racing!  The bass and lead move with one another on the drop, creating what seems to be the trade mark sound of Frankee!  With its energetic and progressive vibe the overall outcome of this track will have the clubs rocking from sun set to sun rise!

PROX003  -  FRANKEE  -  RAINDROPS

We feature a collaboration between Frankee and long time friend and up coming artist Kit.  'Redemption' proceeds in a traditional fashion with an orchestral introduction along with deep keys and lush sounding FX.  The track also features some remarkable far eastern vocals on the intro to spice things up a bit!  Humorous dialogue is in place on the drop followed by a head crushing distorted combination of nasty and hard hitting sound waves.  After being engulfed in the deep depths of the duos sound, the track naturally loops back to orchestral proceedings which will certainly redeem even the most darkest of souls!                       



PROX003  -  FRANKEE & KIT  -  REDEMPTION

Tech synth licks proceed the intro in a truly minimal manor. Beautifully edited drums and percussion set the mood for a varied amount of gritty synth riffs, coupled and lightened by an array of electronic bleeps and subliminal bass, which should keep your ears peeled for what is to come.  


PROX004  -  EDDY WOO  -  QUARTZ

32 bars of spookiness accompanied with an all round electronic vocal hits us in the intro of 'Crime Doesnt Pay' A swirl of twisted modulation on the lead takes us by storm when it comes to the drop! Sharp switch ups on the lead take place at the end of every 16 bars which will surly send you, the raver, into an absolute frenzy on the dancefloor!

Ever felt 'Alone'?  Well, with this eerie track you may well grasp that feeling until a blizzard of distorted drums, synth stabs and bass march their way through your body! 'Alone' features some well known dialogue to help pave the way for this devastating roller of a track.

'Far Away' takes us on mysterious journey though the musicality field resulting in tightly produced drums, spacious synths and futuristic vibes! The bass compliments the above and works well with the leads.

Back with a bang! As well known duo Stealth & Stylus return to the forefront to bring us two huge tracks! Bluejay b\w Clouded Dreams are both set for release with Proximity Recordings and are due out on 21st June 2010.

Kicking off with 'Blujay' and the lads treat us to a rather suspicious intro with a world renowned, carefully re arranged sample, compiled with deep keys and melodies which swiftly takes us to the drop. Upon impact, expect gripping and manipulated leads complimented with heavy duty bass! All of which are tightly squeezed in together with some sharp rolling breaks!

Track number two entitled 'Clouded Dreams' brings an all round blissful vibe to this project with smooth vocals and carefully sequenced keys setting the scene. The beats, bass and clever musical switch ups drive this tune through the minutes, leaving us with wanting more and more from Stealth & Stylus! Brace yourself for a storm!

Murky proceedings swamp the intro of the a.side, 'Is This On'. Tight electronic synth stabs help mold the intro together which later generates a swarm of mutilated bass, techy leads and high energetic switch ups! All firmly squeezed in nicely together with a catchy vocal and ripping beats produced to the highest calibre! Get your thinking caps on!

The odds are looking rather high that this next slammer will certainly get even the most reserved of players on the dancefloor moving, as we bring you 'Cardz'.  Punchy beats and gloomy orchestral samples lead the track to a swift breakdown. Tech vibes and tearing breaks dominate the minutes from hear on in, later breaking away into an uplifting array of pads & FX, creating meaning on the hook. Place your bets!

Hi, welcome to my little music blog!
It all started back in middle school. During breaks between classes we would send each other music on our phones with infrared and bluetooth. First it was all pop and rock music, but soon I found out about dubstep and drum and bass. It changed everything for me. I had many mp3 players and ipods full of music. I started going to raves and music festivals. I enjoyed some house, hiphop, techno and even psytrance. It's been a journey and after many years I am still so excited to hear new beats and melodies. I've been constantly reposting my favourite tunes for everyone to enjoy with me! Music just makes me so happy and I am glad if I can make you happy too! Besides partying I listen to music while at work, at home, on the streets or in gym. Basically all the time.
Most of all, I love drum and bass. Mainstream, liquid, rollers, jump up, neuro, jungle... you name it. I have dug deep into the world of drum and bass. This page probably has over 10,000 drum and bass tracks reposted by me that I really enjoyed. A few years ago, my friend invited me to a festival in Belgium, and I fell in love with heavy dubstep. After that, for 2 years straight, I was obsessed with it and even made another page for reposting. I found out about genres like riddim, wave, and trap. At one point I didn't want to know anything about it and deleted the page! Right now this is the only page I use. Maybe one day I will return to drum and bass, but lately I've been feeling crazy and reposting other stuff too. I love good music; I don't care what you call it, and I love to find inspiration in different genres.
For some time I was really into deep house. I love to shuffle (dance). I don't mind some bass house. Slap house? I love that. Club house, G-house, melodic house, electro house, progressive house, and yes, even tech house... whatever. I love house music!
I love big festival music like trap and hardstyle, but I also know what underground techno means. I love hardcore, and sometimes I love chillout.
