Aftergore is a series of AUs taking place after Undertale's neutral endings, in which a new human enters in Frisk's wake.
Aftergore III, the Exiled Queen ending, details an ending in which only Undyne and Asgore have been killed. Toriel tried to claim the throne, but threats of a coup quickly sent her back to the Ruins. Now the Underground is in a state of instability and semi-anarchy. Humans are to be treated as...well, it's unclear right now, but it's not good.

It'll be made clear later on why this sounds the way it does. If you're in the Aftergore Discord server, maybe you can figure it out. But we'll say this: it has nothing to do with Chara. After all, Star was made for someone else, not Chara.

Aftergore VII, the Dog ending, details a strange ending in which Toriel, Papyrus, Undyne, Mettaton, and Asgore were killed, but everyone else was left alone. Now a little white dog rules the Underground by doing little more than sleeping on the throne all day. Somehow, this is working out...really, really well for everyone? NOTHING IS OUT OF PLACE. DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT. EVERYTHING IS FINE. =)

Natureled is a brand new roleshift AU, centering around So Sorry and his very own comic! In this story, he’s the one having an adventure. It’s about time he gets the spotlight!

Alphys takes the role of Undyne. She is more of a guardian of the Ruins, but a mysterious one. People see her sometimes, but she is really shy to make contact with any monster. If anything bad happens, she will always strike and protect on time. But can she save monsterkind from your terror?
Her Undying form is a dragon. So how would this battle go, if Alphys is a whole new creature with lots of defense? As the battle goes by, every attack you make, makes Alphys more determined to kill you, which results in her despair. Fueled with too much determination ends up making herself an amalgamation.

[Undertale AU - Natureled] Fueled With Determination (Happy Birthday Moon!)

*Intentionally or not, I came down here for a reason.
*And that reason is people like you.

Hopeless is a roleshift AU inspired by the harsh aesthetic of Underfell. The harshness of the character's personalities altered the events following the human-monster conflict, leading to an underground riddled with disarray. That said, at their core everyone is still the classic characters you know and love, even if it's a little harder to see that than usual.

Aftergore CDIV, the Impossible/Dirty Hacker ending, details an ending in which a curious player messes with code to make a certain boss both dead and alive at the same time. The results are...illogical. Humans are to be treated as threats to the timeline above all else, and that is a crime punishable by death.
If you're curious on the AU name, all the Aftergores are numbered with Roman numerals. "CDIV" translates to "404."

[Aftergore I] Ever Vigilant, the Bird Remains

*Flowey the Flower is making a scene!

Deepertale is an AU that takes place in the aftermath of a nearly complete Genocide Run. Alphys has hidden all the survivors in the True Lab. Flowey was the only one who got in the human's way and lived to tell the tale (and that was by escaping within an inch of his life). The human has chosen not to erase the timeline yet, and walks the dusty Underground while down further below the monsters cower in fear. Flowey takes the role of Mettaton. He's gone pretty off the rails since his near death experience at the hands of the last human. The good doctor has built him a giant machine that simulates his wild fantasies, and he intends to make the most of it. Mess with him at your own risk. Or don't. He'll target you either way.
