A little ~30 minute set I recorded for the halloween edition of "Undiscovered" — a virtual festival by FB employees for FB employees.

The first half acts as a bit of an homage to the first set I ever "constructed" but never ended up performing due to technical issues that ultimately motivated me to buy the CDJs that I still use to this day.

EMERALD EYES

Here's a little surprise for y'all -- I've done uploads on my bday before, so I figured why not do one again now that I'm back into it. (sidenote: old af now)

Opening up the vault of unreleased stuff, this is a ~ late 2020 cover of one of my favorite tunes of all time: 'Strobe' by deadmau5. the idea was to make an epic 'intro' version for something like a set starter (that I never actually got to play out, but oh well) that wouldn't go into the standard house stuff but wind up at 140-150bpm with more of the new album vibes.

So it's a full 9min adventure-- Free DL on bandcamp, maybe on spotify at some point if there's interest, but it is only a cover so idk

I started this track when "Helldivers 2" came out in early 2024, thinking about the good ol video game AMV days. I even wanted to make a brief machinima video for this, but yeah, I'm just one guy who has a full time job lol

The initial idea came together pretty fast, but as always that last 20% took a very long time... but now it's time to crush some bugs and bots! (democratically, of course)

I've been writing a lot in this older style, having fun with electro and house music again, so you can expect more in that vibe coming sooner rather than later. Hard to believe I've been at this for almost 16 years now. oof, ouch, my bones
