Alan Fitzpatrick's We Are The Brave welcomes a stomping three-track techno EP from Birmingham based DJ and producer Gary Burrows.

Well known for his dark and driving production style, Burrows debut on We Are The Brave is fierce and intense, fusing explosive percussion and energising vocals.

"Take Me Up" opens the release with it's pounding kick drum and soulful vocal textures combined with enthralling bass stabs. "Sweat" has a frantic groove with industrial distortion and fast-flowing rhythms that will set the dance floor on fire. "Musical Rush" rounds off the EP with a monstrous synth line that lurches forth to devour all in its path.

Mincode Music is a Spanish label run by Nicolas Cetina, and since its launch in 2017, has seen contributions from Alberto Tolo, Drucal, and Sinistermind.

Also hailing from Madrid, Isgang debuts on Mincode with his latest EP. After 5 years of releases, he has established himself with a long list of quality releases and remixes on imprints including Dani Sbert's Sbert Records, Vegim's Alhena, Bruno Ledesma's Concepto Hipnotico, Subsist, Loopaina, Incense (ES), Diffuse Reality, and Dissolved Mind.

For this DT:Premiere we selected the title track "La Señal Negra" with a twisted and moody vibe. Detuned, rolling bell tones provide an abstract hook over a throbbing, dominating bassline of potent power, while delicate sci-fi bleeps finish this otherworldy trip into the cavernous depths.

Followers may recall the blk track "I Need a Boiler Room" from our SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD TIME III compilation which made an indelible impression on mentalists everywhere, was featured in The Blessed Madonna's recent Boiler Room" set (go check it on on Apple Music), as well as the shtonking Mixmag Lab set by London’s ABSOLUTE. A fine addition to the intersecting sets of discerning good music and techno afficando’s everywhere. His debut EP "Don't Talk, Just Listen" comprising 5 all new tracks that fall in no certain order between the realm of A1 bangers, dance floor belters, party shellers, head stompers, and nose bleeding thumpers. (fun fact: the legendary Jesse F Keeler of Death From Above 1979 and MSTRKFT mastered these tracks for maximum heavy dance voltage, a further stamp of approval i cannot fathom). 
You’re curious. So put your hand in the box and let’s see who the Kwisatz Haderach truly is. 
Opening track “6667888” beckons you into the corridor of booom. You sense something happening in the warehouse down the street. From the rattle in your teeth, the hairs on your arms. There is electricity in the air. You feel that already. Electricity, like Thor’s hammer about to come down harder than the Tuesday night after Dekmantel finishes. You clearly chose the red pill. Duh! “Kick Out” follows and as the beads of sweat start to percolate to the surface of your forehead you find yourself diving into the oncoming river rapids. It’s ok, you are the river. You are the rocks. You are the sand. You are the jam. Kick out the jams. “Johnny Cage Wins” marks the halfway point and by now the dark energy of this music has you, and is about to pull your head off, spine and all. It’s true. The rush is in full effect. There’s no longer any point fighting it. Struggling will make it worse. This tune will beat you but it's a flawless victory. Double Fatality. Just give in and be swept along. But it's all good as you come up so does the tempo of “Girl” and whirling pads wrap around you like a multicolored euphoric serpent. Sssssssss. The cathedral like “Girl Descendent” completes the circuit and we approach the event horizon of this techno ritual. You have valiantly welcomed this release into every crack of your body. You are soaked with endorphins. Your eyes need a hug. You have been elevated by the spiritually enhanced hard style of blk. It’s ok. Shhhh. Don’t Talk. Just Listen.
