Brooke is an award-winning marine life photographer from Australia, based on Ningaloo Reef in WA. With a background in diving, she now focuses on ocean, travel, and adventure photography, capturing the beauty of the underwater world since 2014.

The scalloped hammerhead's wavy head sets it apart from other hammerhead species, whose heads are flatter. This shape enhances its electroreception, allowing it to better detect prey in sand or mud, a feature shared with other hammerheads but more pronounced in this species. Shark Conservation Fund (@sharkconservationfund) is a global collaboration focused on protecting sharks and rays, investing in policy, science, and advocacy to halt their decline.
