I am using two base frequencies of 250.57hz to stimulate pituitary and 390hz for the Pineal glands. Both tones are at a beat frequency of 1.45 Delta waves which is a Tri-thalamic entrainment format. According to Ronald deStrulle, it creates entrainment between hypothalamus, pituitary & pineal. I found this awesome sitar recording by this person named kaiho on freesound.org and decided to use it.

So center yourself, meditate, and align your mind, body, and spirit.

Billy Preston has always been an important figure in music for me, and I asked the very fine vocalist Martin Jones to join me with his soulful singing on this 70s classic.  Billy was always one of the funkiest keyboard players out there, and was often called the 5th Beatle.   Because of Billy's superb piano, synth and organ skills, he was a top session player and toured with many musicians including Eric Clapton, Ray Charles, The Beatles, Little Richard and Sam Cooke.  Here's our tribute to the late great Billy Preston, who wrote hits such as Space Race, Will it Go Round in Circles, Outa Space, That's the Way God Planned it and co-wrote You are So Beautiful, which Joe Cocker then made famous.
