Welcome to Volume 6 of the Microdose Series!

I noticed that all my prior mixes were below 100 BPM, which shows my preference for that tempo (a lot of rap, r&b, dancehall, slow jams, some pop). However, I also wanted to show ya'll (and myself) that I can also go up the BPM ladder. I also realised that when I wasn't sure what to play and I was in that 110+ BPM range, I'd usually default to amapiano edits of popular songs. Some of these are still cool, but now that I've seen so many of them, I've been looking to diversify my soundscape. 

This is a mix that's more beat-based compared to my usual lyric-based style. It was a bit of a challenge trying doing this, but I believe it helped me to learn new mixing techniques (ex. looping and jumping back to the intro) and dig into new combination within that bpm section of my ever-growing library. 

Hopefully you pick up a tune or two from this selection!
