just some messin around

I been thinking about putting together an album of mainly piano pieces that I like, to do in stylings that are an homage to the early greats. Isao Tomita, Wendy Carlos, Mort Garson, etc. idk. we’ll see how it goes. here’s the inevitable gymnopedie cover. still working on it.

accidentally cut short oopsies.  acquired my dads korg m3 after his passing. so in setting up I also put together dedicated music space with it. so, recordingv on my chromebook, but accidentaly cut out like 3 minutes. trying to figure setups out as I mess with my behringer td-3  korg m3 + behringer td-3 + monotrobe + behringer + reverb machine + behringer xenyx 1002fx +Scarlett 2i2

Freezing Moon [Mayhem] -- Rekonstruksjon

Finally got around to doing my own rendition of this great song by the great Mort Garson. It was a wild and emotional ride with the Tres Horny Boys and I thank Griffin and his fam so much for everything about this podcast. 
All synth instruments are the Korg Volca Keys, Bass, and FM, and added effects from pedals and mixer. Drums are software.

Dug up something very old, of my oldest creations maybe. This was from back in 2007 I believe, when I was primarily making things in Sonic Foundry Sound Forge, eventually Sony sound forge. I messed a lot with just heavily manipulating songs and doing sound collage. I've uploaded other things from that time as well. And I have things of this nature I was still doing through a few years.

Ambient electronic artist from central Texas. Numbers, images, improvisation, Duneyrr and personal esoterica play many parts in creation. Dabbling in the magicks of sound manipulation for the past 15+ years, alongside artists on the Aleph9 label and Reconstructiv, the output aesthetic has developed into varying moods of ambient, drone, noise, counterpoint and complex shades in between.
