Break My Heart

Hailing from Los Angeles, CA, the country/rock duo Vineland (Anthony Lauletta and Dave Baldwin) met by pure happenstance the day the pandemic broke out in 2020. While the world shut down around them, they used their down time to begin writing and recording at Anthony's Vineland Ave apartment—and haven't stopped since.

The friends' sonic fusion of melodic country and hard-hitting rock is a result of their musical roots working in harmony. Anthony grew up in a small town in Ohio where he learned to sing by playing Tom Petty, Aerosmith and Brooks & Dunn CDs over and over again until he knew every word. Meanwhile, Dave was learning to riff by way of Metallica, Def Leppard and Third Eye Blind back in his hometown of Torrington, CT.

In 2023, Lauletta and Baldwin entered the studio with producers/engineers Jake Magness (Machine Gun Kelly, Olivia Rodrigo, The Chainsmokers) and Mike Pappas (DNCE, Meghan Trainor, Courtney Love) and Vineland was born.
