As well as being one of the leading telecoms companies globally, Vodafone are known for their commitment to women, both within Vodafone and around the world. Not only does Vodafone plan to bring mobile technology to an additional 50 -million women by 2025, but they recently launched the world’s largest recruitment programme for women on career breaks. We talked to Catalina Schveninger (Global Head of Resourcing) and Maria Ursu (HR Business Partner) about their female diversity initiatives as well as the challenges and opportunities for women in technology.

Gerry Crispin has been in the recruitment industry for over 50 years and knows a thing or two about candidate experience. &nbsp;We got to speak to Gerry&nbsp;from New York about his career and about CareerXroads which he founded in 1995. CareerXroads&nbsp;is a premium, peer-to-peer community of talent leaders that share unconditionally what keeps them up at night and what they are doing about it now. He also helped to launch TalentBoard which is to oversee the candidate experience awards. We got the chance to speak to Kevin Murphy, who is the&nbsp;Managing Director, Business and Corporate Delivery at Openreach. &nbsp;Kevin shared with us his career journey and insight into his business as well as the three years he spent on the London Olympics 2012 as the Operator Director for BT. &nbsp;BT was the first corporate sponsor for the London&nbsp;Olympics with a £80 million deal to become the official telecommunications partner kitting out the main Olympic stadium and other venues with communications equipment as well as hosting the Olympic website. Kevin shares his story and what he believes it takes to be a great leader and how it's all about the people who came together to make it the success it was.  &nbsp;
