(Marcella’s Don’Tae Clay: Born July 2, 1987). Raised in Lake Providence Louisiana and now lives in Fort Worth Tx; He has four brothers and two sisters. Marcella’s taught himself to sing and dance and play the piano by ear, at the age of 8 years old.
Marcella’s Don’tae Clay was chosen during his 8th grade year to model and shoot commercials in California, but missed the opportunity due to not having the finances to fly to California. However, this did not discourage him from continuing to pursue his dream. New opportunities for modeling opened up and he was able to participate in a runway shoe in Indianapolis, Indiana in 2005. He participated in high school music shows and also done T.V network shows such as, Prison Break, The Day Shift and The Spot Light, and was a Proactive Skin Care model in the local malls.
He has played lead roles in stage plays that were written and produced by his mother Ms. Sharolyn Clay. These plays were performed in many churches and local theaters. His performances include; the Pimp in the “Prodigal Daughter”  2006 and the Pastor in the “Child’s Blood” 2007, which was a lead role.
Marcella’s is not only a model actor, but he is also a song writer. He recorded his first CD, called My Broken Heart. He wrote, produced and recorded 6 songs on that CD. He has a love for Classical, Country, Jazz, R & B, and Gospel Music. Also, to his credits he has played in the band during high school, keyboard, guitar, and drums at concerts, churches and well-known artists that come to town that need a guitarist ar drummer. Marcella’s, also auditioned for American Idol  in 2007 and made it to the 2nd round for the 2008 season.
Marcella’s Is currently working on his new Studio Album titled “Untold Stories” includes HIT SINGLES, “Torn Apart” “One Last Chance “and “Far Away” and mix tape coming late end 2012, Album does not have a release date but is being worked on as we speak, Also Has a Hit Music Video On YouTube, Search Marcellas Clay Torn Apart, Marcella’s is still unsigned and a independent artist on the rise. Marcellas Clay is a multitalented R & B singer from Fort Worth, TX by way of the small town of Lake Providence, LA. To his credit, he has played lead roles in stage plays, walked the runways as a model and is an instrumentalist with chops on the keys, guitar as well as the drums, but his true passion is writing and singing. 
“Music! I am just a lover of good music”, says Marcellas who has an appreciation for Classical, Country, Jazz, R & B, and of course Gospel Music. Marcellas auditioned for American Idol in 2007 and made it to the 2nd round for the 2008 season. In the same year he recorded his first CD, “My Broken Heart” on which he wrote and produced 6 of the album tracks. “My Broken Heart” sold nearly 800 copies and gave Marcellas the encouragement and motivation to work even harder at his music career. 
Marcellas Clay recently signed on with Itisso Media Group and is presently busy in the studio recording music for his as yet untitled EP, which is tentatively scheduled to debut summer 2012. His live performances and featured vocals on various hip hop artists’ songs have been garnering attention and making Marcellas a much sought after artist for weddings, live shows and song collaborations. “Torn Apart”, the first single and video by Marcellas Clay which can be found on youtube by search of his name is currently creating a strong buzz in the DFW metropolis. 
In the immediate future he plans on hitting the airways with a new single in the spring and to continue growing his fan base. Marcellas Dontae Clay….
