Another long 20h to produce that song. But it was worth. Actually I started with a song for NinaMoody but it did feel not complete. By chance I found Ryder also on Looperman and now we got 3 different voices on that song.  Fits very well and it is not the hard Rap thing anymore. I love taking our great singers out of their comfort zone and placing them in a completely different genre. This time, it's Callmedezz, for whom I've created a velvety soft bed of sounds for his rather powerful voice, making sure the women feel comfortable after light is switched off :-)

This time I did start with a very catchy piano tune made by Rasputin. It took not long to find a very a perfect acapella made by  Emilyn to tune in very nicely. A shame it was just used in progressive house track. It does show much love. But Djoct (from Lisbon) also did fit in with his acapella called surrender. They both singing about love relationships. At the end I decided to produce a classic Mashup where beats and tunes came out of my DAW. Even Firanga (a German Rap acapella) had a small guest appearance. At the end the song became nearly 6 min long with a lot of dynamics and the feeling of a typical classic Mashup. Goose bumps included.

How does it feel to do a more than 2000 miles Roadtrip? Well, it is fantastic. The biggest freedom I have. I need the "Autobahn", different country's, different moods, rain & sun, something to eat, a ferry and off it goes in a 30 yrs old Merc. I wanted to bring the feelings into a song. And here we are. The initial Groove does come from a cheap Casio Keyboard I bought at a flea market. Listen to a simple 60s. sample beat. Lets start the engine.

I love German Rap. When I had the chance to remix a song from Mr Tadeus I immediately went to "work". At the end I made a mixture of Rap, Hip Hop and Lofi. The lyrics are about someone who is always edgy, irritable and short tempered. He found out that at the end is must have been the stuff in the Internet that winds him up all the time. We're currently enjoying an unusually generous helping of good weather here in the UK — shocking, we know! And while some folks are busy spinning conspiracy theories about this rare meteorological event, we thought it was the perfect moment to release our new song Dolce Vita.

Kays sings sweetly about all the good things in life (or what's left of them), while Oli delivers a loving homage to Giorgio Moroder — the legendary pioneer who first unleashed sequenced bass synthesizers onto unsuspecting disco dance floors way back in the early '70s. Giorgio just celebrated his 85th birthday this April, and he's still cooler than most of us on our best day.

Big thanks to Darren for his top-tier whistling talents, Rasputin (yes, that Rasputin) for channelling Morricone’s iconic basslines, and cbbk for serving up a club loop so catchy it should come with a warning.
