'Revolte' was a great source of inspiration at the debut of i want un smoothie so we were glad to have the occasion of remixing the band. This song is featured in the remix contest for 'Revolte' hosted by 'So French Records'

My mix of Shook's song, "Milestones" for the Audient/Futuremusic contest. I'm not typically into this kind of music, but I really like this song. I thought it was very good all by itself, so I kept my approach simple. I replaced the electronic drums with samples from FXpansion's BFD3 (Maple Custom Kit), threw a delay on the piano solo (Which was an experiment, I'd never heard it before, and I love it!), and put some grit on the guitars as well as a little fuzz-wah on the bass.  Then I just EQ'd everything, set my levels, and decided I was very happy with how it sounds. Not the most creative sound, but I'm happy with it!
