Beginning as a member of the vinyl label ‚Contrary Records’ in 2015, he focused on events e.g. ‚Sectæ‘ with Andrea Belluzzi or acid influenced ‚Acid Wave‘ with Reshift (now as ‚Justin Tinderdate‘) who decided to run a label together called ‚Acid Wave Records‘. While hitting the clubs in and outside of Germany as a resident of Dylan K.’s ‚Hexagon‘ from Münster, he began to produce similar to his style of mixing: influenced by many different subgenres from the last thirty years of electronic music history.

Alex Ranzino is a Producer & DJ from Amsterdam. His recognizable sound consists of a hard hitting combination of acid, techno and electro. Alex finds a lot of inspiration in old-school production techniques and music from the past era. The combination of oldschool and modern production techniques is very much audible in his own productions and dj-sets. 

Alex' main goal is to share the music he likes the most, this can either be recent discoverties, personal favorites or own productions. This often results in a diverse and eclectic range of sounds - breakbeats, acid, loopy stuff… It’s all appreciated! Alex has some releases coming up which you might could hear in this mix. A2iCE & BO3 are a DJ and producer duo currently based in Dortmund with a heart for bass heavy, driving and genre-crossing sound. In their sets, the two bring unexpected tunes and twists, fast mixes and energetic grooves. Jana came to DJing through her step father who was a Frankfurt-loving Trance-DJ back in the days, while Lex started out as a 16 yr old boy with a crack for fruity loops. Characterized by bass, techno, breakbeat and jungle from all over the world, the two deliver a highly energetic output, as they don’t want to be bound to a certain sound or range. They just had their first vinyl release on Paryìa Records. In their everyday life, the two are a media and sound artist duo, which is always manifested in the selection of their tunes - so every mix tells its own story.

Agora Podcast 03 - DJ Physical b2b Ika Sile ⚡️

Today we welcome two very promising French talents for our third Agora Podcast: DJ Physical & Ika Sile.

Born & raised in the heart of the French Alps and now based in Paris, DJ Physical sound is one of severe romance. The beauty and serenity of the snowy peaks, combined with the fierce nature of French techno have given birth to his "Raw Poetry" aesthetic: an emotive mix of darkness and light that could be used in concert halls and theaters as well as underground clubs.

Ika Sile is a French producer who developed his taste for electronic music in Dublin, Ireland where he lived for several years and made his first connections in this music scene before moving to Paris 3 years ago. He is known for his variety of styles ranging from intimate, melancholic breakbeat to euphoric, stab flavoured ghetto techno crossed with trance and rave vibes.

Deep dive into this show, filled with groovy techno, ghetto breaktbeats and nasty rap vocals.
