Magnifiks Samm (BE) is here to lay down his first EP ever. Coming from Belgium, Antwerp , he always said at one point in his life he'll start releasing music. Well here we are - Samm's sound is carved in a way harmonics and groovy percussion lines are build in a way there's no stopping it on the dancefloor. 'Does It Matter' has an unique warmth and musicality across the vocal and melodic production, 'Does It Matter' is one of those repeatable tracks for your listening ear. At the other side of the door there's 'Imagine' wich is doing some club damage for a while now. Tested and approved on Magnifik Showcases and gigs globally, 'Imagine' has an organic melody line with a rising afro percussion line that's setting the mood for any clubs, beaches or even festivals. The Scenarios label keeps up its recent momentum with another sublime EP from label co-founders Maga and Tim Engelhardt.

Scenarios, which is co-run by these artists alongside Emanuel Satie and Sean Doron, has become a standout in the melodic world known for its meticulous synth craft and truly moving grooves. Between them, this collective, which also hosts events under the same banner, has now put out nine EPs since launching only back in April 2022 and each time they explore fresh new ground while staying true to their signature sound. The tracks are always potent emotionally and moving rhythmically and this brilliant new brace proves that once more.

The opener 'Lev' is a deep and enchanting house cut from the off. There is a sense of drama in the drums and claps which thunder across the groove as the nimble bassline leads you late into the night. Once the warm, smeared chords arrive there is a captivating sense of soul to this most sophisticated sound. 'Reiki' is another stylish and emotional house affair with bubbling drums carrying you along beneath melancholic chords and twirling keys. As the groove ebbs and flows, intimate vocal whispers arrive and lock you further into a meditative state.

As always, this is another stylish and immersive offering from the forward-thinking Scenarios crew.
