A little background information: this song is about a morally corrupt organization who primarily employs non-english speaking immigrants (like a sanctuary) who cannot find jobs elsewhere. Their Account Managers are the "pretty, naive things" I mentioned who sells cosmetics for the company for below-market pay. "Face your fears" is the constant threat of termination and extortion tactics that employees face from their management - all stick, no carrot. Fake sun: phony management with pleasant exteriors while they throw you, the scapegoat, under the bus. "A prison you can't walk away" refers to the employees who cannot obtain gainful employment elsewhere because either they can't speak English, or they may possibly not have obtained work permit. In either case, you can't walk away from the only hand that feeds - see Maslow's Hierarchy of needs. Lastly, "They say you're free to go" - well, they sure say that to demonstrate their power over your helplessness, knowing that there's too much to lose if you go.  

"These forgeries won't protect you from tomorrow" - Well, internal control AND discretion isn't exactly this organization's strong suit. 


I hope that provided some clarity to the otherwise vague metaphors.

A few remixed and months later, I finally perfected it!

Ambient Trance Remix of "HELL HATH NO FURY". This track was seriously a lot of work. In fact, I have basically delayed sleep since Monday, but finishing this track is a great reward as there were a lot of learning and challenges that I had to resolve along the way. 

The mix was particularly difficult to get right due to the complexity and various layering of the instruments. Also, this track has a lot going on - a little dubstep, a little trance, techno and other styles coalescing into a single track. I'll leave it here to collect any further feedback on potential mix issues.
