I am writing to express my deep concern regarding a series of blatant SoundCloud community guidelines violations. 
Certain users, referred to herein as "Ukr accounts" for simplicity, appear to be consistently breaching rules around "Abuse" and "Violence and threatening behavior".

The problem is two-fold. Not only are these violations occurring, but they are also notably present in highly trafficked areas of the platform, featuring on popular tracks that accumulate hundreds of thousands of views and substantial likes, predominantly from the Ukr community.
What is more distressing is the apparent disregard by the support team to enforce the community guidelines for these accounts. 
The recurring instances suggest it's not a case of missing them inadvertently but seemingly a lapse in effective enforcement, allowing this distasteful propaganda to permeate the platform unchecked.
The team appears to turn a blind eye, even when these instances are reported. 
There have even been cases where accounts attempting to counter these violations or raise awareness of the inappropriateness of Ukr account's propaganda have been terminated as they gain popularity.

This seems to be a deliberate attempt to spread hateful messages to as many users as possible. 
To compound this, the algorithm seems to be inadvertently promoting these tracks due to their popularity, thereby further escalating the issue.

Let me draw your attention to the following quotes from the "Community Guidelines", highlighting how flagrantly they are being violated:
    "Abuse: We have zero tolerance for abusive or threatening behavior within the community and on the platform. We consider abuse to be any activity where the intent or likely result is to attack or demean someone else."
    "Violence and threatening behavior: Likewise, we don’t permit any incitement to, or glorification of, violent acts either against an individual or the wider public."

Unfortunately, these offensive tracks and the propagation of such content are part of a wider, damaging propaganda campaign. 
It aims to incite conflict, leading to unnecessary and devastating loss of life. This content fuels radicalization, causing harm to the community and the potential escalation of wider conflict.

I implore you to understand the gravity of these ongoing violations and the dire consequences of failing to enforce the community guidelines, which are grounded in law, common sense, and respect for humanity.
