What started as a quirky loop created in a humble home studio, quickly became the foundation of our second single ‘Running on Rooftops’ and morphed into something we think is super special and so unique. It’s humble beginnings and catchy tune affectionately gained it the working title ‘Ian’s Room’, and became a favourite among the RxT crew.

The song itself went through many transformations, as we tried a whole bunch of different ideas, vibes, singers and lyrics until we reached the track you hear today, and we LOVE it. It’s our go-to track for when you need a sudden burst of energy, or are simply feeling on top of the world. It’s that song that gets you dancing and smiling no matter what kind of day you’re in the middle of and for that reason its one of our faves.

At the heart of a song is this message and picture of freedom. It’s bright, colourful, exciting and vibrant, the kind of song that makes you feel invincible and paints a picture of hope, the way we see it and feel it.
