Forestation

This is a project that I have had stuck in my head for the longest time, ever since I started listening to lemon demon and started improving my production.
Obviously, I attempted to release this 2 years ago. After 3 revisions of the whole thing I finished what I feel is my best version of one of my favorite albums of all time. Enjoy

Also noting that the original Spirit Phone album (technically) came out 7 years ago today. Which is cool, I think.

fun fact, this song was started around the time I was working on 5AM, but the instrumental was way different than it is now. It was really basic and empty sounding so I ended up scrapping it for a while. Lately, I picked it back up, fixed the inst, and here we are! Maika is such a good girl.

Shoutout to Yoppy for giving me Maika as a birthday gift!! It's been 9 months but I've finally used her for something. She's amazing and I've used her for like a million things, but none of them besides this have been published yet lol.

Also, this is a step outside my comfort zone! I never really write fast songs and I definitely don't write fast lyrics, so that was a fun experiment! Heck yea.

Anyways I hope you enjoy this! I am proud of it and if I haven't said it enough Maika is such a good girl.
