Axis Alpha’s story starts at one of the Polygon’s event nights. Based on the immersive experience there he decided to start djing and mixing techno. He used to play dub techno, minimal, house and even a little bit of trance but it was the hypnotic techno which slowly began to take precedence over others in his work. In 2022, he joined Weltraum, Prague-based collective of friends enjoying deep, high-intensity techno music who love to play it together

[Traversable Message]

Traversable Message is the current project of Juan Pulgarín, DJ and Producer from Pereira (Colombia) whose beginnings in the world of electronic music date back to 2007, from that year to the present, he has been constantly exploring and developing his sound until finding his own musical identity. His sound is highly influenced by Techno, Ambient, Drone and Experimental music, this allows him to achieve a perfect balance between the dance floor and the mind, using simplicity as an immersive tool in his sessions. Enveloping atmospheres, deep and rhythmic hi-hats, kicks and drum loops combined with analog synthesizers and drum machines that give it a warm and lively sound for the dance floor or alternative spaces.

He has currently had and had constant presentations at the mythical Garden Underground Club (Pereira - Colombia), participating since 2013 and more frequently from 2016 , in which he has had the opportunity to perform with artists such as Oscar Mulero, Christian Wunch, Lewis Fautzi, Lucy, Kwartz, Marco Shuttle, Polar Inertia, Mekas, JPJZ, Chilo Decks, Brayan Valenzuela, among others.

The next artist on our podcast series is @WEES_skin who recently joined our team as resident. 

WEES started his journey with us, showcasing an impactful closing set last October when he played for SKIN at the Radion. For this occasion, he aimed to create an experience that differed from what people typically expect from his sets.

WEES: “To celebrate my residency, I wanted to show the wider musical perspective that I have developed over the last few years. Creating an ongoing evolution of experimental and atmospheric directions, to translate that into a podcast about how I feel most connected with SKIN”
