It was made in the context of the second #maj7 Secret Covering hosted by @jneen-collective!

I feel very honoured, having had the opportunity to officially cover a track by hanna lee. Their style is very unique and distinct and their music is, to me, a perfect blend of complexity and beautiful bopness (if that even is a word). Due to my lack of skill as a composer, it was a bit difficult to come up with a good way of incorporating the ideas of phantomdance into something new and there were a lot of concepts scrapped along the way! Ultimately however, this opportunity really helped me to improve and really showed me what a great composer hanna lee is!

It was set up like fighting tournament brackets. The for this round was an intense battle. 

I was playing a lot of Final Fantasy XIII-2 at this point. xD

What's a ViRiX?
ViRiX is the Virtually Interfaced Radial Integrator Extension, also known as the Core. It is a fourth dimensional  semi-sentient device that creates art and integrates it with the planet. AKA: My imagination personified. There's an entire story based on it, yeah I had way too much time to think about this.  :P
