This song was written about the pursuit of dreams! I felt trapped in a place where I was unable to pursue my goals and dreams. But, the greatest fight was inside of my own mind. Its from the feeling of passion that brews inside of you when you feel stuck in a place where you can't reach them even though they seem so close. You feel dormant and inactive. . . like your going to explode if you don't break free but, everyone  has the ability to escape  a caved in situation, just like LAVA.
