An EP of limbo-inducing squelch courtesy of our good friends Latrec aka Andy Bainbridge and Serious Hots, ft. techno flavoured remixes from Bristolian pal Remotif & our very own Matt Cowell & Johnny Aux as The W.C. Enjoy. 

In the furthest reaches of the cosmos, the intergalactic community gathers for the annual Kutika Limbo finals. 

Reigning champion Latrec draws the first straw and the percussion rolls excitedly as he steps up to the pole. Kutika glides lithely under the bar, tentacles wobbling to the acid rhythm. He celebrates his victory as the crowd chants in a glitchy alien dialect. “Kutika-tika-tika-tika!” 

Second in line, Latrec’s younger brother Dub Mix steps up for his first limbo. Shorter and stockier than his brother, we don’t know what to expect from this one. Once again the percussion rolls, the crowd gasps as his squidgy exoskeleton melts before their eyes, reforming on the other side of the bar - ‘blooooop’. The crowd goes wild “Kut-Kut!” 

Next up is The W.C. Events take a strange turn as they forgo the competition, instead they walk to the stage to sweep the band aside, hijacking control of the instruments. Heavy percussive hits twist spacetime with material melting bass throbs. The crowd goes wild as the fabric of reality collapses around them.  

Last but by no means least is Remotif, a techno unit resembling a giant cluster of biceps stands staring at the limbo pole, chaos erupting around him. The tempo of the percussion rises in anticipation and acid thunder roars in the background. Remotif picks up the bar, blinks, and hurls it off into the furthest reaches of the galaxy never to be seen again.

Who would have thought all those years ago we’d be at mix 100?

But here we are, and what better way to celebrate than with a special recording from Felix Dickinson captured at our first collab party with Paradia as Optick at The Glove That Fits on Friday 13th May.

A true legend of the scene, we’re sure you’re aware that Felix has been there, done that. From partying with Tonka Soundsystem and then putting on many an illegal rave himself with the Slack Soundsysem, to residencies at Glastonbury's Block 9 and everything else in between.

Also a prolific producer, Felix's releases have been a staple on some incredible labels; DFA, Golf Channel, Futureboogie to name a few, whilst recently relaunching his label Ugly Music to the joy of collectors worldwide. Keep an eye out for Felix's next release on June 16th on Ugly Music!

Next up we are delighted to have London based music aficionado and friend of the label Johnny Aux for mix #110. For those living under a rock, Johnny is a member of Paranoid London, Sworn Virgins, Decius and the rest... which we won't go into 😎 very little introduction required.

The recording, taken from our Kutika record release party at Kristina Records is a dubbed out space exploration, seamlessly blended throughout with hints of Johnny's signature acid sound creeping in towards the end.

Delighted to welcome Tech Support to the podcast series with a live recording from Grey Area in Taipei!

"London based DJ and producer Tech Support never settles on one sound, finding inspiration in anything from low slung chug to stripped back ethereal techno. Releasing EPs for the likes of Permanent Vacation, Ano Ano and Nocturne, he has made a name for himself through innovative edits of overlooked dance tracks from the past. His music has garnered support from influential figures such as Bradley Zero, CC:Disco!, Unai Trotti, Moxie, and ISAbella.

Recently, Tech Support has graced the decks across Europe in Berlin, Paris, Dublin, Belfast, and Brussels, while also making his Asia debut in Taipei this October. For Viscera 130, Yu Su joins the series with a live recording taken from our party on the 14th December at the one and only Love Inn.

"Kaifeng-born, now London-based Yu Su is a musician, DJ, sound artist and occasional chef. As one of the most prominent Chinese artists with a highly unique voice working across the globe in the last 5 years, her output covers all the ground you’d expect and more. Her multiple critically acclaimed records on UK’s Technicolor (Ninja Tune), Netherlands’s Music from Memory and China’s own Bie Records has seen her nominated for Canada’s Polaris Prize. She has co-produced music with John Carroll Kirby, Duval Timothy and is known for remix works for Parquet Courts, King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard, and many more. As a DJ, she is unpredictable, idiosyncratic; just “casually having the dance floor transfixed” have put her on the spotlights at clubs and festivals internationally like Dekmantel, Glastonbury, Boiler Room, iii Points, Nuits Sonores, Rainbow Disco Club, Phonox and so on. She has also recently been featured on the cover of Mixmag magazine, marking the first Chinese cover star. She has composed for feature films and fashion brands like Sacai, Jimmy Choo and London/Shanghai based SAMUEL GUÌ YANG."

For Viscera 131, Kléo joins the series! 

“House is a feeling, a community, and a celebration of life.” For DJ, producer, and visual artist Kléo aka Clélia Zida, House music is a guiding light. French-born and Amsterdam-based, her love affair with the genre began two decades ago. She leads every dancefloor from the heart, with emotion, energy, and togetherness at its core. In her seamless mixes, the mood effortlessly shifts—from stripped-down, raw, and unapologetic jacking grooves to warmer percussive layers and vocal-driven energy with emotional resonance.

In early 2024, she launched her label Call 4 Rhythm, debuting with her first self-produced single, Agogo.. Across Agogo, Kléo reaffirms her commitment to House music’s ethos, blending squelchy TB-303 acid licks, jazz-tinged chords, interstellar synths, and sleek, soulful drum machines. Kléo will soon be announcing a new release on their label as well.

At the end of 2024, she launched the Call 4 Rhythm party series. In an era where inclusivity in club culture is more vital than ever, her mission is clear: advocating for love and acceptance by creating spaces where people feel seen, respected, and empowered. 

Beyond the dancefloor, Kléo is a core member of the Rush Hour store crew and a resident on Kiosk Radio, where she hosts In-House, a monthly show dedicated to her current selections. She has graced iconic clubs like Panorama Bar, De School, OHM, berlinClub, 20/44, and Peti Kupe, as well as major festivals such as Dekmantel, Selectors, ADE, Lost Village, DGTL, and LOVEFEST. 

As the great Larry Heard once asked, “Can you feel it?” When Kléo is at the decks, the answer is always a resounding yes."

Daichi is welcomed to the series for Viscera 132!

"From a young age, Daichi was immersed in a variety of music genres while working at Oppa-La in Enoshima. This exposure led him to pursue a career as a DJ. He went on to form the party and DJ collective "Vinyl Youth," which gained significant attention with tours in Korea and a standout performance at the Rainbow Disco Club in 2022. 

In the realm of music production, Daichi released a trilogy of edits with the Berlin and Barcelona-based label "MM Discos." In 2024, he collaborated with Yamarchy to release a 12-inch record on Japan’s prestigious label "Crue-L." His varied activities continue to infuse new energy into both domestic and international music scenes."

Next up for Viscera 133, we're delighted to welcome our very good pal Rosie Ama to the series!

"London-based DJ, radio host and label owner Rosie Ama operates in the outer fringes of dance music, slinging her sleazy cocktail of low-slung chuggers, leftfield house and synth-driven grooves in basements, bars, fields and clubs across the UK and beyond.

Having cut her teeth as a writer and editor for online music platforms Stamp The Wax and Ransom Note, Rosie went on to form Kiara Scuro in 2016 with her friend Nadia - a DJ and production duo with releases for the likes of fabric originals, Ritmo Fatale and Faux Poly, as well as long-standing radio residencies on Rinse FM and Balamii Radio.

After a decade together, Rosie has now turned her focus to her solo project and the trippy sonics that first ignited her passion for DJing, and continue to guide the output of her record label, Human Endeavour. Home to artists like Anastasia Zems, Justine Forever, Nandele, Medicine 8 and Thomass Jackson. 

As another outlet to share her musical discoveries, Rosie hosts a bi-monthly radio show on Bristol’s Noods Radio called Melodic Odds, which showcases the music she listens to away from the club."

As a promoter as well, his Golestan nights at De Plak in his hometown are his bi-monthly leeway, and are second to none.
