With autumn around the corner we're pleased to present the ninth chapter of the Navigare Audio Podcast. This time it's Hydrous from Norway, who will also release an amazing EP very soon on our label, that are the composer. This set also include some of the music from the upcoming EP of him. 

"I had a lot of fun making this episode for Navigare Audio's great podcast series.
I created this mix very much inspired by a couple of DJ sets I was finally able to play this summer for some great dancefloors. I focused on a journey with movement, starting in the slower realms steadily moving upwards in intensity before bringing it down again at the end, with a focus on a sound rooted in the deep and psychedelic. Included are a few unreleased tracks of my own, including tracks from an upcoming release with Navigare, which I am very much looking forward to!"

For almost two decades Anders have been a reliable source of purist psychedelia for those in the know. Partly as a visionary festival organizer and booking manager for international festivals, partly as a vagabond DJ, and today one of the label managers for Navigare Audio.
Countless gigs, in many corners of the European continent, from small private gatherings in the woods to Ozora Festival, have distilled a very distinct sound that rings true to Anders innermost core. From the early days of Zolod'esque night time Psy to today's matured deep, entrancing Techno there's a direct kinship - depth, hypnosis, subtlety, warmth, beauty, highest possible production value, and, above all, no bullshit danceability."

Both Fernie and Szafranek are long time friends with a deep library of music to select from.  Featuring here is just over 3 hours of vinyl and digital selections both upfront and from the vaults recorded live in Glasgow a thought provoking journey for Sunday afternoon awaits.

Samuel van Dijk steps forward as Multicast Dynamics to present his next full length of mesmerising deepness on A Walking Contradiction. As ever, when van Dijk puts on his Multicast Dynamics disguise, he abducts his listeners to places where breathtaking soundscapes and pitch black ambience take over. When you are in these imaginary places he creates a compelling story that is both exhilarating and soothing at the same time.

Soundtrack for Something That Does Not Exist is nothing less. It's a journey across dark scapes and icy glitches, richly detailed with topnotch sound design that creates a spacious flow throughout. The subtle rhythms that appear once in a while show some overlap with recent VC-118A productions, which makes this a very complete piece of work that shows the excellence of a producer that never stops improving himself.
