Guest guitarwork for others and Misc Compilation 2

One of my first microtonal(arabic/rabab) acoustic guitar recordings i have done back in the year 2009. The artist was looking for rabab and in the last time rabab could not be arranged in the final recording studio session. So i took an Ibanez acoustic guitar, tuned-down to 1 octave(standard E) and added few more changes in fretboard and intonation. Artist was happy. Sharing now.

This track was made for Amygdala Anomalies 3 years ago. An audio-visual project by the amazing Sajid Wajid. He created abstract creatures and asked musicians to make music for one creature of their choice. I chose this one (artwork) and it looked like a type of spider to me, hence the name KUMO.

Sung in complete darkness and without music, this was an experiment to see what came through my voice when I felt the void, as I traversed the inner scapes that connected the void with consciousness, visits from darkness to light and mellowly to darkness understood again as it birthed out this melody.
