The past two years have been.. rocky to say the least. I think many of us feel this way. But it has all been a pretty good reminder that no matter how much you think you are in control or how prepared you are,  that life is still all about Ebbs & Flows. Life is meant to be unpredictable. Contrast is a universal given, but is also ever so necessary for perspective..

I curated this mix to welcome 2022. I also wanted to honor the KING, CharlestheFirst.. This mix was influenced by the lush soundscapes, beautiful melodies and sheer, raw emotion that Charles brought to bass music. Enjoy exploring various emotions with me, and lets welcome The New Year with humbled hearts <3

Getting Deeper Podcast #36 mixed by Charles The First

I am pleased to welcome you all the first edition of my new mix series "Conference Calls." 

Conference Calls. will be an ongoing occurrence throughout the year, typically about 40-45 minutes in length, and may or may not have a theme to each collection.

This first edition does not have an initial theme but is here to begin the process and establish the series... a Mission Statement one might say. lol

This first edition though does in fact feature new material mostly from the upcoming 2 disc album, as well as a couple goodies that I know people have enjoyed me playing out at shows this past year and will probably appreciate being able to listen at their leisure.
