The Christmas edition of Parvati Records' series is focusing on Athens-based dj-producer Thanasis Confortini a.k.a. CONFO.

Born with an italian/greek background in a family of musicians teachers he started very young to study music theory and play clasic violin.After 9 years on a music violin school and on age of 15 years old electronic music became part of his life so he started first to collect and mix trance music and shortly after to produce it.

After the first travel on mama India meeting there with the Parvati Records family he decide on witch music frequencies he want to work… So after some years of djing around in the world, of cooking and practice in his studio he’s been signed by Parvati Records in 2013 and have as well released tunes on other underground trance labels.Now his sound is a kind groovy psychedelic cause the point on his music is to make people dance…In last days a nice action on his live is the electronic violin that make a super atmosferic feeling…Travels are also big part of Confo’s life, he is often in Goa or playing his music and djing around the world.

Paranoiac is a musician from Argentina, now based in Germany, that got immersed deep in music production at the age of 13 Years.
He studied guitar, drums and played with various rock bands and trip-hop/ ambient projects.
Also he works on a project called Phantom Deep making Ambient, and Downtempo.
And in Spiral creating Deep Dark Techno Music
Aside from laying out psychedelic trance beats, He also ventilates his creativity through other genres of expression, however, the common denominators have been electronic circuitry and sequences since 2002.
Stylistically, he seeks to craft tunes that are rich in atmospheric feelings and full of color empowered by the strength of nocturnal psychedelic trance.
For his musical range and unique style of Trance Music,
in his first steps, soon he was recognized by Devils Mind Records ( India / Sweden)
Founded by Silent Horror
Being the only one in all America to join this family from the North Pole.
Starting to share, grow and learn when he contacted great artists of the globe.
Sometime later, he has done deep contact with Sanathana and Samana Records releasing special tracks, and soon he had joined to that deep family from Dubai.
Until this days, Paranoiac has released 77 tracks between albums and songs in compilations around the world.
Now he is working on his 10th album, to celebrate 8 years creating psychedelic trance music.
It’ll be a triple album created featuring many friends artist from all the planet.

His music was discovered and used by Goa Gil without Paranoiac makes the typical way (sending music)
He has let the music & the time do the work, not words or “good vibra”..

and his music has also been added to Goa Gil’s Goa Trance Chart since his first album till his latest, (his nineth album)

Ruigoord (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈrœyxoːrt]) is a village in the Houtrakpolder in the Dutch province of North Holland, situated within the municipality of Amsterdam. Until the 1880s, it was an island in the IJ bay, which turned into a polder. The village is nowadays partially closed in by the Port of Amsterdam, and lies about 8 km east of Haarlem.[1]

In the 1960s the village was evacuated by the municipality of Amsterdam, which intended to extend its harbour, but the plans fell through. In 1972 the village was squatted by a group of artists who planned to make a colony there.[2][3] As such it exists to this day, but it is now legalized. Full moon parties are regularly organised in the formerly Roman Catholic village church and every year there is the Landjuweel (Land Jewel) festival in August.[4]

Since the early 2000s, the village has staged an annual poetry festival over the Whitsun weekend, Vurige tongen (Fiery Tongues). One of the festival's three days is always devoted to international poets. From 2003 on, a yearly Ruigoord Trophy has been awarded to individuals who have selflessly dedicated themselves to maintaining the village as an important cultural stronghold. The first such trophy was presented to Simon Vinkenoog. Here is the set i played at Shankra to honor our great friend and labelmate Bruno, Module Virus who passed away after battling with cancer. It was a magical moment,  the second the set was over it started raining. This set contains some of his best of, collaborations, recent and unreleased work. Big thanks to Mahi from Shankra for suggesting this set in his memory, Bom Shanka music for providing me with music which was released on their label, where Bruno was a member for many years - unfortunately i couldn't load that batch in time. Big thanks to Boom Festival and Ozora - you fullfilled his lifetime dreams by giving his music the stage he dreamed of since he started making music.  Much thanks also for everyone who supported Bruno in his too short but colorful life. It made him happy to play his music to people and see them dance.
