Just in time for the European summer season, we are happy to announce this divergent cocktail of a compilation by our Bavarian beer-belly blaster, DJ sG4rY. Being with us since the first hours of the label, he strikes again with his thoughtful collection of Sangomesque music, underlined with stunning art by FIASCÕ, and mastering by DeepBeat Audio.

This collection of tracks manifests a personal journey between light and shadow of the past 18 months – making the best use of this time to critically reflect our way of how we indulge in consumption, traveling, and sustainability. Reflection and deceleration in order to find new ways of accessing music and mindfulness are the guiding motifs of this release.

This Sangoma episode features Elf De La Nooi aka Saw, a psytrance producer based in Toronto, Canada. Saw discovered psytrance in 1997 by accident while on a holiday in Goa and fell in love with the music instantly. It was only in 2011 after doing an electronic music production course in Dubai that Saw decided to take matters in his own hands and started to produce psychedelic music. Within a few years and after releasing music with various labels worldwide, Elf de la Nooi project was signed up by Sangoma as a live act. Elf De La Nooi’s music can be described as dance floor stomping psychedelic tunes that takes you on an energetic journey to a wonderful and mystical place which is neither too dark nor too light. This new recording showcases some of Elf De La Nooi's productions and includes several new and unreleased tracks, starting off at 150 bpm and getting faster over the course of the set showing the full variety of his performances.

TRAXON is Bruno Souza, project born in Brazil in 1983, working with psytrance since 2004. He accompanied the growth of the Brazilian scene and participated from the beginning with his first project Minimal Criminal, presenting in the main Brazilian events, as well as many abroad.
With the experience gained in this history of more than 10 years, felt comfortable to create his solo project in 2012, more experimental and can workOPENLY their creativity.

TRAXON navigates between the deeper lines of psytrance, not clinging to a specific style, trying to combine the best elements to create another environment, a journey through many places where the psytrance can take.
