Damian Lazarus has been a true wizard of the underground, conjuring club anthems that cut through the fog with hypnotic energy. With "Magickal Remixed (Part I)," he's opened a portal into a whole new dimension. This release is the first part of a two-part remix series dropping via Crosstown Rebels, and it's got the heat to get any London afters jumping.

"R U Dreaming?" originally graced us with introspective vibes, but Harry Romero’s remix dials up the low-end pressure and gets gnarly with tribal energy. It swings with heavyweight groove and is built for maximum warehouse damage.

I'm born 1984 in East Germany. After the Fall of the Berlin Wall, my Parents moved with me and grow up in Bavaria. My passion for electronic Music began early. On my daily walk to School, Tracks by Faithless - Insomnia, U96 - Das Boot, and The Prodigy - Firestarter played blaringly on my Walkman and Discman. When I was 15, I bzw. We went to the Love Parade for the first time. Of course, there were Consequences ...as if that had bothered us. I, or rather we, grew older and celebrated Techno in Clubs like Ultraschall / Munich, Alcartraz / Landau, Treibhaus / Meilenhofen, Airport / Würzburg, Rakete und Hirsch / Nuremberg, and Ohrakel in Ingolstadt. We celebrate excessive and surreal Partys with Sound from DJs like Sven Väth, Dave Clarke, Jay Denham, Chris Liebing, DJ Rush, DJ Hell, Monika Kruse, Ben Sims, Gary Beck, Richie Hawtin, Mark Reeve, Tapesh, Pig and Dan, Gaiser, Pan Pot,James Ruskin, Karotte, Adam Beyer, Josh Wink, Frank Lorber, Luke Slater, Steve Rachmad, Marco Bailey and many more.... In the early 2000s, I finished my apprenticeship as a Baker and went on a Journey abroad for work. Started with Shanghai, Hurghada, Las Vegas, and London. I've been to many Clubs all over the World, but London, especially at the End of 2000, was an incredible Time of my Life. The Fabric Sound system and weekly Line up from WYS with top Headliners and DJs like Cormac, Peter Pixzel, and Jacob Husley was a Mecca of Techno every Sunday. The years abroad made me who I am today. I saw and learned a lot about different Cultures, People, and the World as it once was. The rest is History...
