This one is a funky Latino rocker about letting go and getting out of an unhappy relationship when you realize it's just not working out.  The title is based on a popular "Spanglish" term here in Texas and the Southwest.  "Ahi te watcho" means "see you there" or "see you around."

Although I didn't write this song, it's near and dear to my heart as it deals with the struggles of Mexican immigrants and honors all they have contributed to our beloved United States.  It's also my first collaboration with the amazing Vanessa Del Fierro and her all-female mariachi Las Coronelas!  

Que Pasara

Working title for this one before we had all the lyrics was "Mexican Biker Song" haha.  Inspired by the Latino biker gangs in Sons Of Anarchy and a guy I knew out in Southern California only as "Cousin David."  He was a bad ass!  I wanted to mix some Mariachi-style trumpets and Latin percussion into a modern Southern Rock groove with Spanglish lyrics.  It's the story of Jonny Guns, a kid who lost his mom at an early age and was raised by his biker father and his motorcyle gang, eventually taking his place as "El Mero Mero" and following in his father's footsteps.

Inpsired by my own daily struggles as I chase my dreams and by the true story of a friend whose fiancee left him after meeting another guy while filming a reality show, this song is about rolling with the punches life throws at you and keeping your head up!

Earlier this year, The Digital Connection and I collaborated on a dubstep song called "What We Do", which was released on my album in March. My brother Rob Soto re-imagined the music into an acoustic version with VITERA on violin and Omar Vallejo on bass. We hope you enjoy it!!

As far as I know, this is the first-ever LATIN ROCK VIOLIN instrumental.  The title means "The Viper" and it was written for and performed on my amazing 6-string, fretted, flying-V electric Viper created by Wood Violins.  Conjuring up images of a tequila-soaked Robert Rodriguez-style gunfight, this one'll get your blood pumpin!
