GROOVECAST {VIT-GC}

Prior to taking up production of electronic music, Lithuanian-born producer Julius Laurašonis, aka @under-black-helmet, played several instruments including keys, strings and drums.

After having moved to London in 2011 and being inspired by the local scene, Julius has started producing techno and he has remained faithful to the genre ever since. His debut ‘Mute’ EP, released in 2015 on Mørbeck’s Berlin-based label ‘Code is Law’, has received great feedback and has been picked up by techno veterans such as Jeff Mills, Tommy Four Sever and Rebekah. Since then Julius has rightfully established himself in today’s techno scene and plays at monumental parties and clubs such as Berghain, Dour Festival or Reaktor’s Unpolished.

Some of his tracks have become true hits on the scene, gathering several millions of plays across the different streaming platforms, and transcending crowds across the world.

ALI3N - VITESSE Groovecast 001 (VIT-GC001)

PERT is a DJ and producer originally from Buenos Aires. She is the founder of V.A., co-founder of MOOD, and a member of the GRUVALISMO label.
This year, she has emerged as one of the most prominent Argentine artists, representing her unique sound in both Latin America and Europe. She has been featured on renowned platforms such as HÖR Berlin and Radio Rudina (Austria).
In her sets, PERT blends various styles of techno with a Detroit and dub influence, performing in some of the most prestigious clubs, including Under Club and Crobar.
Beyond her work as a DJ, PERT is also an accomplished producer. Her music, widely supported across the globe, is featured in catalogs such as Gruvalismo, Aktivv Berlin, Tzunami Records, Be Techno, and Xelima Records. Her greatest milestone to date is the release of her first vinyl on the renowned label Life of Pattern.

After his Vitesse debut with SRS-007, Nicholas Gernone is back on your favorite label - this time he delivered an amazing mix for our GC series. Grazie a te Nicholas !

Coming from the south of Italy, mainly from Bari, Nicholas has an energetic, dynamic and powerful style, characterized by dark shades. In his productions, he always tries to bring the listener into a state of rebellion through his music, driven by the desire to share positive frequencies. He takes his first steps in the techno scene in 2023, before then he worked a lot with house/tech house productions. The message that Nicholas wants to leave with his tracks is to push ourselves beyond our limits, creating motivations that push us to be a better version of ourselves every day.

His sets are dynamic and packed with high energy, to keep the dance floor engaged.

Rishka is a 20 year old, queer artist from Nürnberg.
He has been an Electronic-Music-Lover ever since he was a little kid. 
He started djing in 2023 and has made quite an impact on the techno scene in his hometown so far, being a resident at “Raw Frequencies” at “die Rakete”, and soon also being the head of a new queer party at “Haus33”.
