Billy Price and Otis Clay: Two singers separated by a generation come together in a performance that moves the Southern soul tradition a little bit further up the road. 
Pittsburgh rhythm and blues singer Billy Price and deep Southern soul/gospel icon Otis Clay worked with masterful guitarist/producer Duke Robillard  to create their first full-album collaboration, THIS TIME FOR REAL  On This Time for Real, the singers have selected an array of soul and R&B songs from the catalogues of artists including Joe Tex, Sam & Dave, the Spinners, Los Lobos, Syl Johnson, and Bobby Womack as well as new versions of two songs originally recorded by Clay.  The two friends have performed and worked together occasionally since 1982, but this is by far their most extensive collaboration to date.

Pittsburgh-based Soul Man Billy Price follows up his award-winning 2015 recording with the late Otis Clay with ALIVE AND STRANGE, a scorching set recorded live with the Billy Price Band in front of a sold-out hometown crowd.  ALIVE AND STRANGE, Price’s 15th career recording, features Price with his superb horn-driven band performing an eclectic array of blues, R&B, soul, and funk songs written by icons of these genres.  Billy Price has been entertaining audiences throughout the East Coast and the world since the early 1970s. when he was featured vocalist with legendary guitarist Roy Buchanan. In April 2016, he was officially recognized and inducted as a Pittsburgh Rock ‘n’ Roll Legend.

Tyler Morris has been playing guitar at a professional level since he was 11, and at the ripe old age of 19 is about to release his third album internationally.  Always drawn to Blues and Rock music, Tyler has amassed an encyclopedic knowledge and mastery of a wide range of styles, all of which he applies to his own interpretations and compositions.  Tyler’s auspicious 2015 debut, “And So It Begins,” got the immediate attention of guitar fans around the world, with rave reviews and features in guitar magazines and major press internationally. In June 2016, Tyler released his second album, “The Chaos Continues”, and the media buzz and attention continued to grow. Tyler’s new album, NEXT IN LINE, will be released in February 2018 through the VizzTone label group and Redeye Worldwide distribution. For this album, Tyler worked with Grammy Award-winning producer Paul Nelson (Johnny Winter) and incorporated guest appearances by Joe Louis Walker and the Uptown Horns.  Tyler continues to develop his signature sound — channeling a classic Blues mindset into modern Rock phrasing and syncopation.
