I wrote this song some years ago and think that its relevant now because of what has happened wit the southern USA/Mexico border. It's about a friend of mine in Mexico that wanted to cross into the USA to get a job in order to support his wife and daughter. Unfortunately after swimming across the Rio Grande river he was challenged and shot and killed. I miss him a lot.
