This song is about uplifting your self, even if you had a bad day, it wont last, after every darkness there is a light. Nobody is perfect so you dont have to be either. Just be you, it will work out eventually.

This song is about wanting to leave the town you and your love are living cause you two are fed up with the situation and want to leave where no one can find you. But you can't leave just yet since you got unfinished business and find out the next day that your love went for the Paper Town without you. You don't blame her, but you have to live without her for now outside of the Paper Town.
