„Als ich mit der Produktion des Track „Headlights Off“ anfing“, erzählt @o-m-e-r-o, „existierte mein Pseudonym noch gar nicht.“ Zu der Zeit arbeitete er nur an seinen üblichen Sachen, die er für das Duo Etwas Anders kreierte. Beim Entstehungsprozess merkte er, dass er ein neues „Ablassventil“ benötigt: „Mein Sound war einfach ein anderer Musikstil.“ Eine gewisse Freiheit und Lockerheit empfand Omero bei „Headlights Off“. „Im Grunde ist diese EP durch meine eigene Liebe zur Musik inspiriert worden“, ergänzt er.
