Established 1991, VMC Recordings launched its first mix tape series in Chicago and its surrounding suburbs. The "Euromix" complimented the New Wave genre with pop & Electro-synth throughout the decade.

Livestreamed on May 9, 2020, Euromix 8 is a newwave-centric mix paying homage to the popular series released in the 90's by VMC Recordings. One thing unique about this release in the series is 13 of the 17 full length songs were remixed specifically for this mix, giving it a distinct feel amongst other releases. In addition, the original live video streams also provide custom video edits for every song. They can be found on YouTube and Twitch under VMC Recordings.
