Kelsey and I weren't close, but I'll always remember her smile, laugh, and sense of humor. She cared so much for everyone else, she didn't want to burden anyone with the things on her mind.  At her funeral, her dad shared the story about Kelsey and the tomato. 

This isn't just for Kelsey, but for another friend who took his own life this past December, and anyone struggling with depression. Don't bottle it up!

I wrote this when I was sixteen years old. It was the first song I wrote, and it's probably my favorite. It's totally about the apocalypse. It doesn't matter what you believe or your religious background or whose fault is whose. The world will end one day. Originally, I played this in a "band' with a mandolin, organ, and accordion, but since I'm solo, I rearranged it.

Green Grass is everyone's favorite song. It's a little cheesy, but it comes from the heart. I've lost a lot of loved ones (including pets), and this song is for them.
