after mixing, i listened through focusing on my breathing and the repetitiveness, and i felt an energy activation in my crown and heart chakra. i been so conflicted internally lately and i feel that an incessant jumble of affirming phrases and sounds that have both positive and negative connotations, but merge with each other creating a homogeneous, healthy, and balanced vibration, is the medicine my erratic mind needed. 


in this life im realizing that the brilliant and the detrimental must exist, and that in the grand scheme of creation they are the same.
