José Chacón, formerly known as Dr. Cyanide, and who has shed his name with which he debuted in 2001 with his label Hardtools to mutate into PWCCA, in this excellent techno facet that he is developing at a steady pace and clever, with a productivity that amazes. José Chacón is one of those artists who come from far away, as he started in electronic music even further back in time, in 1995, that is to say, almost 25 years ago. The first PWCCA productions with machines and software date back to 1996, at that time PWCCA was influenced by and worked with Cristian Varela, one of the legends of those times, who is still alive today. Christian Wünsch is another artist he has worked with who, PWCCA says, also had a great influence on his music in the early days.

José Chacón, conocido anteriormente como Dr. Cyanide, y que se desprende de su nombre con el que debutó en 2001 con su sello Hardtools para mutar hacia PWCCA, en esta excelsa faceta techno que está desarrollando a piñón fijo y clever, con una productividad que asombra. José Chacón es de esos artistas que vienen de lejos, pues el madrileño se inició en la electrónica incluso más atrás en el tiempo, en 1995, es decir, hace ya casi 25 años. Las primeras producciones de PWCCA con máquinas y software fechan de 1996, por aquel entonces PWCCA tuvo la influencia de y trabajó con Cristian Varela, una de las leyendas de aquellos tiempos, que también sigue vigente. As our # 009, we introduce Border One to you. He has released EP’s on Knowledge Imprint, Setaoc Masse’s SK-X, his own Border One Records, Freddy K’s KEY vinyl imprint, and the infamous Token Records to name a few.

Border One kicks off his set with his signature, unmistakable bleepy, driving techno sound. No waiting around, you're instantly hooked as a listener. The modular sounds mix with noise textures. In the middle, it gets more straightforward and raw, blending perfectly with hardgroove elements. Time flies by, and one rave sound after another pushes us forward. Border One shows how diverse a set can be while still staying cohesive.

Born in northern Spain and now based in Berlin, Leiras is a DJ and producer who has spent the past decade shaping his sound across multiple aliases and imprints. As the founder of Ownlife, he’s built a platform dedicated to techno's mental and experimental edges, while also advocating likeminded artists through both new releases and reissues via his ‘SELD’ series.

A dedicated student of rhythm and sound design, Leiras brings a sharp sense of intention to everything he does—paying homage to the foundations of techno while always searching for new ground. His sound builds slowly, using looping patterns and subtle shifts to lock you in—less about big drops, more about staying in the zone.
