A platform for artists and DJs to experiment in various downtempo genres.

The show aims to expand the musical horizons of both artists and listeners and challenge their preconceptions about the genre, by demonstrating the wide range of possibilities of this music and its introspective influence.

Each cover of the mix is ​​a photo from the artist's personal collection that conveys his inner state at the time of recording.

Inner Voyage 004 w/ AKU AKU

Andreas (Kazteins) was born in athens at 1981. Soon his love for punk and rock music moved also towards electronic acts like daft punk chemical brothers and underworld. At age of 19 bought his first pair of turntables practising the art of djing. Mostly with electro and techno records, him and his music partner started to perform in the Athenian clubs an performed o mobile party focusing in the underground sound and movement. They stayed active with running a series of parties inviting international djs in Athens for a few years and then retired from the public scene. Still remaining a vinyl only dj, Andreas prepared this mix for Fade Radio.

This is my second liveset. I have done it in the covid-'holiday'-time in April 2020. I had so much time for playing with my kids, making music and watching TV :D
It is all done with a Octatrack, a Novation Drumstation, a Novation A-Station, an Elektron Analog Drive, a Korg Monologue and a Roland VT-3. ....it goes all through a Mackie mixer and an Alesis Smashup compressor.

So I think, that there will be no other videocut from my livesets in the future. It looks so easy, when you watch such videos, but is sooooooooo hard to produce them!
