One of our favorite producers pushing the hybrid bass rave sound, Samurai Breaks is serving unrelenting bounce and blistering snares with this club banger clocking in at 170bpm. Worst Behavior Recs Vol.3 compilation explores a wide spectrum of bass sounds ranging from peak Rave like this here "Ayayay" number, to chilled downtempo. It hosts returning alumni Jon1st, A.Fruit,Bell Curve, A-0 and has exciting new contributors Yazzus, DJ Swisha, Bastiengoat, Dj Girl, Nikki Nair, 
DJ FLP, Stranjah, and Mars Kasei & Deeplinkin.
A portion of profits from the release are going to Eden Reforestation, which plants trees in deforested countries, and G.L.I.T.S., a Black-trans founded organization that supports trans sexworkers and advocates politically for trans people.

The Canadian duo Levrige is back to The Dreamers Recordings with a vibrant three track EP. This release proves once again the great talent of these producers, able to master the breakbeat & bassline science adding their own artistic touch and delivering product with clear footwork influences, mixing oldschool influences with a contemporary sound research. “Boss Move” is a feel good footwork tune with a tropical flair. The song is characterized by it's bouncy bongo shuffles, percussive bass stab and sweeping synth line. “OMG” finds a sophisticated balance between modern sounds and old school flavour. Using a revamped version of the Dred Bass, classic vocals, and a moody melody, Levrige pay homage to classic jungle. “Rom Pom” is the perfect balance of dancehall inspired halftime and jungle rhythms. The energetic vocal chant, chopped breaks, and shuffly shakers combine to engage full skank-out mode.

Hailing from the West Coast of Canada comes the duo Levrige, aka Erski & J.F.Killah. Representing Vancouver's famed SHAHdjs crew, they have been honing their skills for years. Producing their own unique brand of infectious bass music, they represent an exciting wave of talent from Canada's West Coast. Effortlessly combining elements of Drum & Bass, Hip Hop, Jungle and Footwork, their music is a perfect representation of all that is right with underground dance music. The iconic melodies and depth in their work is evident in their sound, which ranges from tough badboy swagger to smooth dubby grooves. Here at OTW, the thing we love most is shining a light on our favourite music from 140-170, and we always, always relish the opportunity to dip into some rave music. And, if there's one thing for sure, there's not many labels putting out better music of this ilk than Trax Haven at present. Following up their latest drop, DV60's scrumptiously bouncy edit of Sinistarr & Doctor Jeep's 'Red Stripe' (available now), they welcome label favourite Samurai Breaks and the mega-talented Origin to the imprint. There's a total of 5 tracks showcased on the Extensiv Hype, and there's some proper extensive hype bizness going on here; these will definitely make your glasses steam up. 'Drop That' is barbarically brilliant as per, integrating all those rave-style, ludicrous breakbeats and prancing shuffles that make this genre, these artists and this label so special. Yet another special outing from the crew - keep your ears and eyes peeled for the rest of the EP.
