Welcome to the first, of hopefully many shows of Inside The Vortex. Don’t expect a DJ set because we are going to make radio and discuss nerd stuff! I have never done this before but there is a first for everything. It’s a concept i’m very excited and passionate about.

I will take you deep Inside the Vortex. A vortex filled with gritty electro breaks, spacey synth bleeps, squeaky acid and haunting dark wave tunes. I want to show you the producers and their EP’s who inspire me day by day and shaped my DNA as a DJ and selector. To show you the craft, the producers talents, the person behind the record and that we should not take them for granted. We should not take music for granted.

It's a cold December night and I'm back at my favourite blue container OPERATOR for the second episode of Inside The Vortex. 
In a time where promising platforms such as ASLICE are forced to shut down while they were fighting for more equality within the music industry, the bare minimum effort we can don ourselves is to speak more about the people behind the tracks we like to play. We should be cherishing their craft and, buying the records and the most important thing that they should be treated equally in terms of popularity and the financial position. 
Because without their work, the DJ cannot exist, which means nightlife doesn’t exist. It means your, and my passion doesn’t exist.

Enjoy, and I hope that you are inspired to dig into the story of your favourite producers too.
