Ahead of the release of his album entitled ‘+’, Swiss multi-instrumentalist Jimi Jules teases us with the first, mesmerizing and most sought-after single of the last month, entitled ‘My City’s On Fire’ executively produced by label boss Dixon. The artwork concept is developed and designed by iconic graphic artist Trevor Jackson, whose multi-disciplinary works formed the graphical identities of design, music, fashion and art by the likes of Soulwax, Massive Attack and HFD / Comme des Garcons.

A perfect match for ‘My City’s On Fire’ with its bold, razor-sharp synth lead and low-slung indie/disco live drumming. Jules touches on heritage dance genres while fusing in futuristic sounds and surreal lyricism throughout, amalgamating to a truly unique and danceable experience that embodies his clear abilities as a musician, vocalist, and producer all in one.

With their interpretation of the original songs by Italoboyz, Douglas Greed, The Hacker, Dapayk or Lee van Dowski among others, they always seem to surprise effortlessly. Perhaps it is the ease and the breeze of functionality with which they make their way through the different genres. "Vibe Quest Chapter One" is a sneak preview into label-head Sabo's upcoming full length LP, with 2 stellar remixes from Acid Pauli and Nadastrom.
"Vibe Quest" is a slow chill-out entry to ease you into this new deeper sound, and features Sabo's Mom, Carolyn Sabatini, live on the vibraphone. "Singing Game" is a mid tempo deep tribal cut complete with African percussion, thick bass, and builds into a beautiful breakdown sampling a group of small young girls from the Ivory Coast playing a game of call and response. This tune was 1st debuted on the Robot Heart bus in 2013 at Burning Man. Acid Pauli takes "Singing Game" and transforms it into club ready deep techno cut with analog synths weaving in and out, constantly building melodies until the climatic breakdown. Nadastrom take "Vibe Quest" into another dimension with an epic mid tempo journey into deep slow house. The remix builds and builds until the break down where they let the jazzy skills of Carolyn Sabatiini's vibraphone solo breath new life into the dance floor, before coming back in with the tribal groove.

The slow building adventure climaxes with a full string ensemble, surrounding the vocals with a blanket of pure bliss. 
Mexico's Robbie Akbal remixes “White Tusk” into a sensuous deep house affair, with lush pads and chords, enhancing the dub-wise vibrations and positive mental attitude of the original.
