Cover of the beloved tune from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Arranged in a hybrid fashion and slowed down to explore the occluded spaces between familiar phrases. This is an example of something I call "Ruin music", where I imagine older, popular songs as ghosts of their former selves. These spectres haunt the ruined streets of the fallen civilizations where first they were composed.
